LG has officially today the Pocket Photo, a handheld printer operates via Bluetooth and NFC for mobile terminals.
At a time when the camera phones, these smartphones with consistent pictures of sensors are installed increasingly in the market, LG is taking the initiative to propose a printer across this new mobile use. The Pocket Photo is thus clearly intended to be used on the sidelines of a smartphone or tablet to make prints of images taken through these terminals.
This portable printer of 7.2 x 12.1 x 2 4 cm and 212 grams is powered by a rechargeable battery and can be connected to a device using Bluetooth, NFC or its USB port. It allows for small impressions, ie 7.6 x 5 cm with the Polaroid Zink technology.
Offered at a price of about 130 euros, the Pocket Photo is primarily intended for the South Korean market. Note that on the occasion of its release, LG also announced an Android app to edit photos before printing.
